The Neurodiversity Platform (NdP) aims to ensure that the university community has a better understanding of neurodiversity and its associated benefits and challenges. It also strives to provide an inclusive and stimulating work environment for all university staff.
Support, information and advice
Feeling safe and able to be yourself is an important factor in job satisfaction. And it is essential you are given the tools you need to do your job to the best of your ability.
The NdP provides a space to talk and be heard, helps organise informative events, activities and workshops, and advises the university on neurodiversity in the workplace.
The NdP is there both for staff who are themselves affected by neurodiversity and for colleagues who wish to help NdP achieve its goals.
Our primary goals
- Increase knowledge and awareness of neurodiversity through events, workshops and blogs
- Advise on university policy
- Provide a listening ear to those who need it
- Identify needs
