Once your manuscript is ready for submission and you have fulfilled all training requirements, it is time to begin the graduation formalities, which end with a PhD defence ceremony.

The PhD Regulations set out the criteria that the dissertation must meet. 

Consistent with these PhD Regulations, you must take steps in a formal procedure leading to the public defence of a PhD dissertation. There are multiple people involved in this process, and all the formal steps are recorded in LUCRIS GSM. Please carefully follow the procedure overview described in the Roadmap to the PhD Defence to understand who needs to act and when, ensuring a smooth process.
