The CML Institute's Council (IR) consist of four persons representing staff and students. The council advises the managementteam on a broad range of topics that concern all people from the CML: financial matters, research programs, education and strategic outlines.

The institute's council (IR) is informed by the management team on the general aspects and important developments. It meets at least two times per year to discuss the ongoing matters in the institute. The meetings are public and will be announced in advance.

The IR is composed of staff members and students (PhD, MSc, BSc) that are associated with the institute, after elections.
