Do you want to know more about the LUC bachelor’s programme and experience what it’s like to study in The Hague? Leiden University offers you a variety of introductory activities to help you with your study choice.

At the Open Day you can explore all the courses taught at the university. Get your bearings at the information fair, go to the programme presentations and experience the city where you will be studying. It is a great event to orient yourself and learn more about what Leiden University has to offer.

Are you thinking about studying at a university college and are you wondering what LUC The Hague has to offer?
Then do visit us at one of our Experience Days or Experience Evenings! This is your opportunity to visit the College, meet the Dean and the rest of the programme board, teachers, tutors and our students!
Experience Days take place at the LUC The Hague College Building. Visitors will be able to attend our plenary presentation about the academic programme, attend a sample lecture, and get all the information they need at our information market.
Between October and April prospective students will be able to learn more about Leiden University College The Hague at several LUC The Hague Experience Days/Evenings or at Leiden University Open Days.

Shadow a student and decide if the programme is right for you. You will sit in on real lectures and workgroups/tutorial sessions and get a feel for the atmosphere at the university. You will receive insight from current students on what it’s like to study in the programme and city, and get a real taste of what to expect.

Can't join us for any of our Experience Days or Open Days? Then book a College Tour visit! One of our student ambassadors, or members of the recruitment office will meet with you, explain the programme, and answer any questions you may have. A student will later show you around the college building and their studio apartment. These college tours usually take about 1 hour. Parents are always encouraged to join!
During the winter break (10 January 2019 - 1 February 2019) and the spring semester (4 February 2019 - 15 March 2019) we offer College Tours on Mondays at 15:00, Thursdays at 10:00, and Fridays at 11:00. In order to register, please fill in this form.
Please note that we are unfortunately not able to provide College Tours from 17 December 2018 until 2 January 2019, as the Recruitment & Communications office is closed during this period.
