Coaching academics as learners for inclusive teaching in optimal networks (COALITION) is an Erasmus+ Cooperation partnerships project coordinated by Roeland van der Rijst from Leiden University.

COALITION is a project about inclusive student-centred pedagogies in higher education, aiming to make teaching practices more inclusive through international knowledge and expertise dissemination. The project started in 2022 and ended in August 2025.
