"During my mobility, I was introduced to an innovative approach to conducting physics experimental labs. I shared this model with colleagues in my home Department, initiating a productive dialogue on potential adaptations. The team at Leiden generously provided access to their materials, facilitating ongoing discussions and potential enhancements to our lab practices.
This experience led me to revise and enrich my own teaching materials, thereby strengthening the curriculum at my home institution."
