Sergei Boeke is gastonderzoeker aan het Institute of Security and Global Affairs en non-resident Research Fellow bij het International Centre for Counter-Terrorism (ICCT). Zijn onderzoek richt zich op terrorismebestrijding in de Sahel, de overgang van militaire interventies naar langetermijnpolitieke strategieën, cyberveiligheidsgovernance en de rol van inlichtingen en surveillance binnen democratische samenlevingen.
