Serious Games
Immersive, interdisciplinary and didactically-sound learning activities designed to promote capacity building in various game-based formats.
Serious Games are purpose-driven games designed to educate, train, or solve real-world problems through engaging, interactive experiences.
At LLInC, we blend pedagogical strategies, instructional design, and game design principles with applied research methods to create impactful game-based learning experiences. Drawing on multidisciplinary knowledge, our serious games provide safe, controlled environments for hands-on practice and targeted capacity building for leadership, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
What do we offer?
We provide expert guidance on integrating pedagogical strategies and instructional design to creative effective learning formats.
Our team collaborates with clients across the educational, public and private sectors to align capacity building needs with desired outcomes or help develop serious game elements, such as suitable game formats, scenarios and learning goals.
Our facilitators are experienced teachers and trainers, who guide participants through immersive simulations and exercises. We manage participant engagement, learning outcomes and support reflection to maximise skill development and knowledge retention.
From the first idea to the finished game, our in-house experts design and build serious games tailored to specific training or learning goals, and knowledge or capacity building needs.
