Aayushi designs and supports engaging, meaningful learning experiences by combining pedagogical expertise with innovative approaches to higher education. She focuses on teacher professionalisation by leading UTQ/BKO courses and teaches a transdisciplinary Master's Honours course that addresses societal inequalities through design thinking. In addition, Aayushi leads specialised workshops on inclusive teaching practices and navigating challenging classroom moments, and develops and facilitates serious games in various formats, for stakeholders within and beyond Leiden University.
