Apply for new diploma
A diploma is a valuable document that the University issues only once. If somebody loses his or her diploma, he or she can download a copy in the diploma register.
A person holding a doctoraal or kandidaats degree who has lost his diploma can only receive a statement from the beadle, except the faculties of Law and Medicine. Alumni from latter faculties should contact their faculty.
For statements on PHD's from all faculties you can contact the beadle.
For bachelor’s and master’s degrees one needs to contact the teaching administration of the department concerned.
