Area development Leiden Bio Science Park
The Leiden Bio Science Park (LBSP) is the largest innovation district in the Netherlands in the field of Life Sciences & Health. The clustering of high-quality education, research, healthcare, and industry attracts students, scientists, and entrepreneurs from all over the world to the knowledge city of Leiden. Leiden University’s Real Estate Department is responsible for shaping the park and allocates plots to bioscience companies that align with the profile of the Leiden Bio Science Park.

An overview of all LBSP projects
On the website Leiden Bio Science Park Projects you can find an overview of the many building projects and infrastructural developments at Leiden Bio Science Park. This website was developed in collaboration with the municipalities of Leiden and Oegstgeest and the Leiden Bio Science Park Foundation.
Expansion possibilities
The park covers around 110 hectares. There is room for expansion (up to some 300,000 m2) within the park for life sciences and health-related business activities, offices and domestic housing.
