Teaching

Members of BLRN provide a wide range of teaching on all matters of business law. The teaching ranges from courses in the Leiden Law School’s bachelor programme, including the International Business Law programme, the master programme on Company Law and the advanced master in International Civil and Commercial Law and European. In addition, we organise postgraduate courses for professional training of lawyers and other professionals.

Bachelor

BLRN teaches several different courses in the Dutch Law bachelor and the minor on International Business Law. These courses see to various subjects, ranging from company law, insolvency law and corporate sustainability.

Master & advanced master

Company Law is one of the nine Leiden Master of Laws programmes. This master programme gives students an in-depth insight in the different aspects of company law. With the choice between different courses, students can choose to specialise in one or more areas, such as intellectual property law, insolvency law or sustainability. In addition to the Company Law master, BLRN members teach in the advanced master International Civil and Commercial Law.

Postgraduate courses

Members of BLRN participate in various postgraduate courses. Examples are the Business Law specialisation course, advanced course on restructuring expert, along with participation in various symposiums. More information on these courses can be found on the Legal PAO website.
