About BLRN
The Business & Law Research Network (BLRN) was established in 2017 with the aim of advancing company and insolvency law in a multidisciplinary and comparative environment where academics, business leaders, policy makers, practitioners and regulators can meet and collaborate. BLRN believes that this is pivotal for academia and that an academic network on business and law must also contribute to addressing today’s socio-economic the challenges.
BLRN is powered by the Company Law Department at Leiden University and is part of the research programme Coherent Private Law.
