Harold Koster joined Leiden Law School's Department of Company Law and Financial Law in March 2020 and is now Head of Department. His research and teaching focus on company law. He is also Professor of Arbitration Law at the University of Dubai and a Deputy Judge at the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
