Ganna Demydyuk is currently an external PhD candidate in Business Studies at Leiden University. She holds Master’s degree in Economics and International MBA. With her extensive international experience as an entrepreneur and consultant, her research focuses on accounting metrics for customer-centric information systems.

Ganna is involved in several research projects with international collaboration, all covering financial management of hospitality industry. While her dissertation is built on hotel performance and profitability data, Ganna’s current research focuses on financial performance, operations, and consumer preferences within the cruise industry
