Get to know the programme
Want to know more about our information activities and what it is like to study at Leiden University? Join our information events and experience it all online!
At the Online Open Days you can explore all the programmes taught at the university. Join the programme presentations, ask your questions to students and staff at the digital information market and experience virtually the city where you will be studying. It is a great event to orientate yourself and learn more about what Leiden University has to offer.
During an Experience Day you can take part in the programme of your choice. You will follow a short programme presentation and take part in an active way in a lecture and/or tutorial. During this event you meet our staff and students, who are available to answer all your questions. In this way you get familiar with the programme and the way of education at our university.
If circumstances allow us this Experience Days will be offered on campus. If not the Experience Day will take place in an online Webinar Week. Some programmes will also offer extra Webinars for (international) students who can't visit our university in person.
- The Experience Days will take place from 22 till 26 November 2021 (exact dates of each programme will be communicated in October)
If you are thinking about enrolling in this programme at Leiden University and want to find out if it is right for you, you can take an online student experience. The experience consists of online mini-courses with readings and a few assignments, just as if it were real first-year courses.
