University of Chicago Press Journals Continue to Earn Top Impact Factor Rankings

According to Thomson Reuters’ 2014 Journal Citation Reports® (JCR) and the Washington & Lee University School of Law 2014 Journal Rankings, 22 journals published by the University of Chicago Press rank at the top of their subject categories.

Fifteen Chicago titles rank in the top ten of their respective categories, with seven of those landing in the top five. To celebrate these achievements, the University of Chicago Press has given  open access to select articles in Chicago’s top-ranked journals.  For Current Anthropology (Ranked #5 of 83) the selected paper is a Leiden produced one: Burning the Land.
