Cyber Security (MSc)
The Executive Master’s programme in Cyber Security takes a multidisciplinary approach that helps you develop effective and sustainable solutions for cyber risks and threats.
This programme is intended for highly educated professionals—such as computer scientists, lawyers, and policy makers—who have several years of experience and/or a strong interest in cybersecurity-related issues.
Please note that this master's programme will be discontinued after the 2025–2026 academic year, and new enrolments for the full two-year programme are no longer possible. However, you can still participate in three individual courses and one online course.

Course options
Introduction to cyberspace
The course Introduction to Cyberspace offers a broad overview of the digitally connected world we call cyberspace. It explores not only the technical foundations, but also the legal, regulatory, governance, and organizational challenges that come with it.
Introduction to cyber security
Introduction to Cyber Security offers a comprehensive overview of the major security challenges within and posed by cyberspace. The course examines both the technical root causes and the human factors behind these issues, with particular attention to the role of human behavior.
Cyber risk
The course Cyber Risk offers a broad introduction to one of the core concepts behind today’s cybersecurity challenges: the notion of risk. It introduces you to risk management as a key approach to understanding cybersecurity risks, explores its limitations, and presents additional perspectives to deepen your understanding of risk in the context of cyberspace.
TU Delft 'Cybersecurity for Managers and Executives: Taking the Lead'
In collaboration with TU Delft, we also offer the online course Cybersecurity for Managers and Executives: Taking the Lead. This five-week programme provides flexible, unlimited access to course materials and equips you with the frameworks, terminology, and insights needed to understand cyber risks—empowering you to confidently take the lead in cybersecurity efforts.
