AiM Framework

The AiM Framework outlines the core principles and goals of the Academia in Motion programme.

The purpose of the AiM Framework is to guide the work of, for example, AiM teams established within faculties. It can be used by these groups as they design Open Science and Recognition & Rewards initiatives that are appropriate to their own context. 

The AiM Framework also links to relevant background documents such as the Room for Everyone’s Talent position paper and the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.
