eLaw – Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie
Visiting scholars
We verwelkomen gastwetenschappers wier onderzoek aansluit bij onze uiteenlopende expertisegebieden. De tekst gaat verder in het Engels.
Our work delves into the legal frameworks protecting privacy and personal data, while exploring the challenges of fundamental rights in the digital age, such as gender, diversity, intersectionality, and digital child safety. We investigate the governance of digital platforms, the legal responses to cybercrime and cybersecurity threats, and the ethical and regulatory questions surrounding robotics, autonomous systems, and human-machine interaction. Additionally, we examine the complexities of artificial intelligence and big data, including issues like algorithmic (in)justice.
