Dr. Jann Tosatto is universitair docent in juridische technologie bij eLaw - Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie, en bij de afdeling Bedrijfswetenschappen.
Dr. Jann Tosatto is universitair docent in juridische technologie bij eLaw - Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie, en bij de afdeling Bedrijfswetenschappen. Hij heeft een bachelor- en masterdiploma in de rechten (LLB, LLM) en informatica (BSc, MSc) en een doctoraat in de bedrijfseconomie (PhD). Daarnaast is hij gecertificeerd in gegevensbescherming (CIPP), AI-governance (AIGP) en informatiebeveiliging (CISSP).
Janns onderzoek is inherent multidisciplinair en bevindt zich op het snijvlak van recht, informatica en bedrijfskunde. Het omvat onderwerpen als juridische technologie, ondernemerschap, technologierecht, AI, gegevensbescherming, informatiebeveiliging, crowdfunding, innovatie en technologieregulering.
