Book presentation: Corporate Structuring
On 11 February, during a symposium at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, the first copy of the book ‘Corporate Structuring’ was presented to the publisher, Gert-Jan Schinkel.
The book, edited by Harold Koster, Reinout Vriesendorp, Stefan van Rossum and Cees de Groot, contains 24 contributions from over 40 authors on topics including financing and security structures, mergers and demergers, employee participation and restructuring.
At the symposium chaired by Reinout, several authors spoke about their contributions, including Gert-Jan Boon. He discussed the chapter he co-authored with Harold on the WHOA as a tool for restructuring corporate structures.
