Postgraduate course in Labour Law to begin in September
The new postgraduate course in Labour Law is set to be launched this September! For many years, it was a fantastic course for anyone wanting to enhance their knowledge following several years of practical experience. We’re delighted with the updated programme and teaching staff, who include top legal practitioners and academics.
This course (given in Dutch) is recognised by the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN). With fortnightly meetings between September 2024 and February 2025, our lecturers will teach participants the ins and outs of the profession. Topics will include dismissal due to restructuring, combatting transgressive behaviour, the qualification issue, rehabilitation requirements, transfer of undertaking and instant dismissal.
