Bachelor's Open Day
During the Bachelor's Open Day in Leiden and The Hague you will learn more about Leiden University, our bachelor's programmes, the student cities of Leiden and The Hague, student life and much more. Visit the sessions of the study programme that you find interesting, talk or chat with students, ask your questions to teachers and get a taste of the university atmosphere.
Take a look at the videos with the main information about each study programme. Watching the videos on your favourite study programmes beforehand will give you a head start on the Open Day.

Experience Days
During an Experience Day you can take part in the programme of your choice. You will follow a short programme presentation and take part in an active way in a lecture and/or tutorial. During this event you meet our staff and students, who are available to answer all your questions. In this way you get familiar with the programme and the way of education at our university.
Student for a Day
As a Student for a Day you will immerse yourself in one specific programme for a day. You will follow (online or on campus) one or more first-year lectures and meet students who are enrolled in the programme. You will receive insight from current students on what it’s like to study in the programme and city, and get a good taste of what to expect.
Online Experience
If you are thinking about enrolling in this programme and want to find out if it is right for you, you can take part in the Online Experience. This module consists of online mini-courses with readings and a few assignments, just like real first-year courses.
