One way we do this is by offering you a broad array of training courses and career advice. It could be that in the present situation, where not everyone is able to work continuously, you have the opportunity to spend some time on your further development.

We learn at work by sharing knowledge with colleagues and by following courses. That may not seem feasible at the moment, when most of us are working from home. However, if you want to continue to develop your knowledge and skills, for example in communication, creative thinking, focus or personal leadership, you can follow a free online course – via Leiden University – given by New Heroes in one of the following categories:
