In this course, the design and analysis of clinical trials will be considered from a biostatistical/methodological perspective. Topics include Phase II / Phase III studies, randomization and blinding, power calculations, analysis of trial outcomes, superiority, inferiority and equivalence, missing values and multiple imputation.
