Sophie Vériter is promovendus aan het Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) van de Universiteit Leiden en Europaeum Scholar. Ze is gespecialiseerd in strategische communicatie, EU-beleidsvorming, Europese democratie en mondiaal bestuur. Sophie heeft een interdisciplinaire benadering van haar onderzoek, gebaseerd op haar achtergrond in rechten, politieke wetenschappen, internationale betrekkingen en veiligheidsstudies.
