Dr. Damien Van Puyvelde is Universitair docent 'Intelligence and Security' aan het Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) van Universiteit Leiden en research fellow bij het Franse Ministry of Armed Forces. Van Puyvelde doet momenteel onderzoek naar een boek over de DGSE: de buitenlandse inlichtingendienst van Frankrijk.
