Hadassah Drukarch is promovenda bij eLaw – Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie. Zij is sinds januari 2025 verbonden aan eLaw. Haar onderzoek richt zich op de conceptualisering en regulering van transparantie om betrouwbare AI in de gezondheidszorg te waarborgen vanuit een EU-rechtelijk perspectief.
Biografie
Hadassah Drukarch is promovenda bij eLaw – Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie. Zij is sinds januari 2025 verbonden aan eLaw. Haar onderzoek richt zich op de conceptualisering en regulering van transparantie om betrouwbare AI in de gezondheidszorg te waarborgen vanuit een EU-rechtelijk perspectief.
Hadassah behaalde een LL.B. in International Business Law, gevolgd door een Advanced LL.M. in Law and Digital Technologies aan de Universiteit Leiden. Momenteel heeft zij een leiderschapsfunctie bij het Responsible AI Institute (RAI Institute), een onafhankelijke non-profitorganisatie die zich richt op het bevorderen van verantwoord gebruik van AI binnen organisaties. In deze rol werkt zij samen met de industrie, de academische wereld, beleidsmakers en toezichthouders om risicoanalyses en certificeringsprogramma’s, governance-instrumenten en -sjablonen, beleidsadvies en trainingen te ontwikkelen en beschikbaar te stellen voor uiteenlopende organisaties, waaronder Fortune 500-bedrijven.
Voorheen werkte Hadassah als consultant op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming bij Considerati, waar zij leiding gaf aan het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses rond gegevensbescherming en het ontwikkelen van trainingsprogramma’s voor klanten uit zowel de industrie als de overheid in Nederland. Daarvóór was zij onderzoeksassistent aan de Universiteit Leiden in het kader van twee EU Horizon 2020-projecten, gericht op het optimaliseren van AI- en robot-compliance. Hierbij werden compliance-instrumenten en experimenteerbenchmarks ingezet om beleidsvorming en standaardisatie binnen de EU rechtstreeks te vormen. Sinds januari 2025 is zij als promovenda verbonden aan eLaw – Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie.

Bij eLaw – Centrum voor Recht en Digitale Technologie, richt Hadassah Drukarch haar onderzoek op de conceptualisering en regulering van transparantie om betrouwbare AI in de gezondheidszorg te waarborgen vanuit een EU-rechtelijk perspectief.
