Marieke Baldee joined the Department of Company Law at the Institute of Private Law as a lecturer in November 2018.
Marieke Baldee graduated from Leiden University in both Dutch civil law and notarial law. She worked at Hogan Lovells (Amsterdam) as a notarial lawyer in the Corporate and Banking and Finance sections. She subsequently joined Stibbe (Amsterdam) as a corporate professional support lawyer.
