Anne Verboom has been affiliated with the Institute for Private Law as a lecturer in Company Law since August 15, 2021.
Anne Verboom started her bachelor's degree in Law and Economics at Leiden University in 2017. She completed this bachelor's degree in 2020. After this, Anne started a master’s degree in Company Law and simultaneously started the pre-PhD programme at Leiden University. In 2021 Anne completed her master’s degree in Company Law and the pre-PhD programme.
During her studies, Anne has organized LLP meetings for first-year students as a student tutor and she has been a student assistant at the Department of Economics at Leiden University. Anne also completed an internship at a law firm and an internship at the Company Law Department of Leiden University. During her studies, Anne was also chairwoman and employee of Rechtswinkel Goeree-Overflakkee.
Since 15 August 2021, Anne has been affiliated with the Institute for Private Law as a lecturer in Company Law, where she teaches Law and Business during the bachelor of Law and ILS – Corporate- and Insolvency Law during the master of Company Law.
