Philosophy

PLATO considers learning its main theme and its main purpose.

Our activities all aim at learning, or at the continuing professional development of the people we work for. That is why our work is characterized by co-operation with our clients, by active dialogues with them and by mutual learning and development throughout our projects. Our involvement in learning stretches from storytelling to young children towards  professional development of teachers and trainers and even of their educators. In our research and development activities we seek to contribute to the competences of all parties involved.
