The Leiden Leadership Programme of Leiden University maintains partnerships with roughly 40 organizations, companies, and governments. Students tackle leadership issues within these organisations.

Leadership Labs

In our Leadership Labs, students team up to tackle an issue within one of our partner organisations. Teams are interdisciplinary and consist of roughly 5 students. They start their assignment in November and finish it in June. 

Innovative insights

Leadership Labs are consistent with the wishes of both partner organisations and students to work together, make an impact and learn from each other. Experience has shown that partner organisations value our students’ refreshing and innovative insights, and that students are able to make a real difference within the organisation.
