Leiden Leadership Programme
Information for organisations
The Leiden Leadership Programme maintains partnerships with about 40 companies, NGOs and government agencies. Students tackle a problem for these organisations.
Like any skill, leadership takes practice. That is why the Leadership Labs were created. In interdisciplinary teams - roughly five students from various programmes - students tackle an issue of a partner organisation.
By working together with each other and the field, students learn to bring leadership into practice. Their assignment runs from November till June.
Why a partnership with the LLP?
The practical assignment aligns with the desire of partner organisations and students to make an impact together and learn from each other. Experience shows partners appreciate students' fresh perspective and students can really make a difference. The benefits of a partnership at a glance:
- New perspectives: Get refreshing insights through more than 200 hours of effort by students from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Social impact: Contribute to the development of future professionals in a unique way.
- Networking opportunities: Meet young talent and build relationships with other partner organisations.
- Support: A dedicated relationship manager is available throughout the process.
- Free participation: Participate without any financial costs.
As a partner organisation, you provide students with an issue, a contact person and a final assessment. Want to know more? Read our brochure for partner organisations:
