It is a great event to orient yourself and learn more about what Leiden University has to offer.
During the Webinarweek, you could attend various interactive webinars; full of information! Hosted by our students and staff, each bachelor's programme will present themselves and all the ins and outs of the programme on one day during the webinarweek. Each webinar consists of a short programme presentation and a 30 to 40 minute lecture, followed by a Q&A session in which we happily answered all your questions! You will find out more about the content of the programme in an active way.
As a Student for a Day you will immerse yourself in one specific programme for a day. You will follow online one or more first-year lectures and meet students who are enrolled in the program. You will receive insight from current students on what it’s like to study in the programme and city, and get a good taste of what to expect..
You can join us in an Online Experience and follow lectures on the four key themes of our programme: Sustainability, Diversity, Digitalisation and Methodology. The mini-lectures and assignments are similar to what you can expect of the actual courses and lectures. In addition to the online lectures we offer you information about what it's like to study at our institute, about the student city Leiden and about the career choices of 5 of our alumni. This Online Experience will help you answering questions such as: does this bachelor's programme suit me? Does the programme meet my interests and capabilities?
