Meet peers from across Europe at Una Europa's Staff Week. Connect and explore strategic topics together.
If selected, you’ll join peers from across the alliance for a week-long programme hosted by one of the partner universities. Together, you will:
- Explore shared challenges. Take part in workshops, discussions, and training sessions on topics that matter to higher education professionals.
- Exchange ideas. Learn from each other’s experiences and discover new approaches to international collaboration.
- Build your network. Meet colleagues from across Europe and strengthen the Una Europa community.
Staff Week is your opportunity to grow professionally, gain fresh perspectives, and help shape the future of European higher education.
Upcoming Staff Week opportunities
There is no Una Europa Staff Week planned for 2025. However, employees are invited to apply for a similar initiative run by the University of Bologna, one of our Una Europa partners. See below for further details.

Staff Weeks run by Una Europa partners
In addition to the official Una Europa Staff Week, other Una Europa partners often open their own staff weeks to our employees.
Currently, the University of Bologna invites applications for its 2025 Staff Week. Apply by 5 September. Topics on the agenda are:

- Development cooperation
- Welcome and Support of International Students
