Carlos Bravo-Laguna is universitair docent aan de Universiteit Leiden en een lid van het stuurgroep van de ECPR Standing Group on Political Networks. Carlos heeft een PhD in Politieke en Sociale Wetenschappen van de Pompeu Fabra Universiteit. Zijn onderzoek richt zich op relationele dynamieken in grensoverschrijdend crisisbeheer. Andere onderzoeksinteresses omvatten de coördinatie van transnationale regelgevende netwerken en de studie van regelgevende toezicht. Zijn onderzoek is verschenen in verschillende vooraanstaande academische tijdschriften, waaronder de Journal of Common Market Studies, de Journal of Public Policy en Governance.
