Amina op de Weegh is postdoctoraal onderzoeker bij de onderzoeksgroep Violence and Violence Prevention van het Institute of Security and Global Affairs. Haar onderzoek richt zich op het begrijpen hoe sociale desintegratie, institutioneel contact en ongelijkheid kunnen leiden tot gewelddadige uitkomsten. Ze is ook betrokken bij het Femicide-project.
