The primary aim of this project was to optimize oncology drug treatment by analyzing available pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data from patients treated with these therapies using different modeling and simulation approaches. Ultimately these efforts may lead to optimized and individualized cancer treatment with optimal efficacy, reduced toxicity and less drug expenses.
