Upcoming Fourth LEAC Conference – 27 November 2018 at Strathmore University Law School
On 27 November 2018, the Center for Legal and Comparative Studies of the East African Community of Leiden University (LEAC) is organizing, in close cooperation with Strathmore University Law School, the University of Nairobi Law School and the IRID, the Fourth LEAC Conference on the topic “Teaching EAC Law”. In particular, the event will address the question of how academic and professional education can contribute to the prospect of regional integration.
The conference is divided into a morning session open to professionals engaged in the teaching of EAC law or regional integration more generally. The afternoon session will include a range of speakers, an exchange of experiences and is open to the general public. Participation is free of charge. A more detailed programme will be circulated in due time. We are looking forward to a stimulating event.
