This series featurs talks by Leiden researchers and visitors spanning a wide variety of topics in sociolinguistics, pragmatics, linguistic anthropology, argumentation and rhetoric, and language policy and planning. Since 2017, the series has welcomed Dutch and international researchers alike, with an emphasison younger scholars keen to receive feedback from a diverse audience beyond their individual department or research group.
