On Thursday the 26th of October at 4 p.m., Prof. Gonçalo Bernardes from the University of Cambridge will give the next LED3 lecture. We are super excited by this presentation, as Prof. Bernardes has been at the forefront of developing new site-selective methods to label proteins, with some of his recent work looking at selective protein labelling in living cells. In doing so, he has been a driver for the development of new chemistries to do such reactions in living systems, as well as really pushing the methodologies to actually make these methods work in cells, and even in animals.
