About the programme

The Mathematics and High-Tech Innovation specialisation consists of 120 European Credit Transfer System (EC) points and includes a mathematics component (60 EC), mostly in the first year, and a High-Tech Innovation component, mostly in the second year (60 EC).

Programme overview

The curriculum of this master’s specialisation consists of a Mathematics component and a High-Tech Innovation component: 

  • Mathematics courses, including courses from the national Mastermath programme (40 EC) 
  • Mathematics research project (20 EC)
  • Orientation HTI course (3 EC) 
  • High-Tech Innovation core electives (27 EC)
  • Research project within the high-tech innovation industry or partners (30 EC).

Study guidance

The mathematics study advisors are available for questions and suggestions regarding your study programme. During your final research project, you'll work closely with a supervisor who offers one-on-one guidance and feedback.
