Through its strong practical dimension, this programme will provide you with the tools required to navigate the complex, international and multifaceted aspects of financial law with a focus on sustainability and digitalisation.
Programme outline
In the programme, you will be required to complete eight courses and write a thesis. The courses are accompanied by a variety of assignments that offer training in practical skills, including writing a legal brief and practicing oral presentations. You will focus on the role of various key players in the financial sector including banks, asset managers, market intermediaries and financial supervisory authorities. There will be a specific focus on issues relating to sustainable finance and digital finance. You will complete the programme by writing a thesis.
