Bioarchaeology
Bioarchaeology covers the study of all biological remains from archaeological sites.
At the Leiden Faculty of Archaeology it includes Botany, Zoology, Human Osteology and Funerary Archaeology as well as geoarchaeology, and isotope archaeology.
There are four state of the art laboratories: Archaeological Chemistry, Archaeozoological Studies, Archaeobotanical Studies, and the Laboratory for Human Osteology and Funerary Archaeology.
