Natashe Lemos Dekker is postdoctoraal onderzoeker aan het Leids Instituut voor Culturele Antropologie en Ontwikkelingssociologie. Haar onderzoek richt zich op dood en sterven, zorg rond het levenseinde, en de dynamiek van tijd en toekomst in Europa en Latijns-Amerika. Haar werk is gesitueerd binnen de medische en psychologische antropologie, de antropologie van de tijd, en genderstudies.
