The aim of my PhD project is to optimize dosing in oncology patients by analyzing available pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data from routine clinical practice, using different modeling and simulation approaches. Ultimately these efforts will lead to optimized and individualized cancer treatment with optimal efficacy, reduced toxicity and cost-saving
