I am a postdoc at the Division of Drug Discovery and Safety. I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Prof. dr. Laura Heitman, Prof. dr. Gerard van Westen, and Prof. dr. Ad IJzerman, focusing on the characterization of cancer-related somatic mutations in adenosine receptors. Currently, my work focuses on identifying the role of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) by performing the phenotypic screening on a GPCR compound library. Meanwhile, I'm also working on the establishment of stably expressing FRET biosensor TNBC cell lines to further investigate GPCR signaling pathways in TNBC cells.
