Title research: Global Refugee Crises: Exploring the issue from International Criminal Law and International Human Rights Law Perspective
Oğuzhan has been a Ph.D. candidate at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies since January 2023. He holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Amsterdam (2021) and an LL.B. degree from Atatürk University. Since September 2019, Oğuzhan has been practicing law as a member of the Sakarya Bar Association in Turkey. He holds a scholarship from the Turkish Ministry of National Education for overseas studies. His research focuses on critically examining asylum judgments and decisions of national, supranational, and international judicial bodies from a post-colonial perspective.
