Curriculum vitae
Marga Groothuis is assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of Leiden University in the Netherlands. She obtained her LL.M. at Queen Mary and Westfield College in London. From 2001 until 2005 she worked as a legal specialist at the Constitutional Affairs Department of the Dutch Ministry of the Interior. In 2004 Marga Groothuis obtained her PhD for a thesis on legal aspects of automatic decision-making by government agencies. Her research currently focuses on legal aspects of eGovernment in Europe and on fundamental rights and the rule of law in the digital age.
