Leiden Law Blog
Carlijn van der Hek is working as a PhD candidate since August 2023. She graduated from the Leiden Law School with a master in Company law and a master in Encyclopedia and philosophy of law. Her research focuses on corporate governance and in particular on riskmanagement of listed companies. Furthermore, she teaches the bachelor course Company and law and she supervises theses from the master Company law.
